When you order from Vintage Western Wear your credit card will be charged immediately. We ship worldwide although free shipping is only for US orders. Postage for orders can be calculated after items are added to your cart by clicking the calculate shipping button.
Due to lack of tracking ability, we are not responsible for foreign orders once they leave the US. There will be no credit, refunds or re-shipments for any foreign order that is not received, delivered or mis-delivered. This applies only to order shipped outside the US.
You can expect to receive your item(s) within 7 to 14 business days. In many cases, you may receive your items in just 3 or 4 business days. Much depends on our inventory on hand at any given time. We ship U.S. Postal Priority or Express or Global Priority or Global Express Mail. UPS overnight only if orders are placed by 3pm Pacific time. Please only select Express or Overnight for items that say available for immediate shipment. (Items are ready for immediate shipment if the item says so on the details page under the SKU number.) As always, there is no charge for US Priority shipping in the Continental United States on orders over $40. This covers almost everything on the site. We feel that this policy, along with our already low prices, guarantees you the best value anywhere on the Internet. If you find a better value on an item we have in stock, please email us the link and we will not only match their price, but ship it to you free if your order totals more than $40.
Returns We guarantee the quality of every item we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your items. If an item is defective or incorrect, we will gladly exchange it for you. If you are not happpy with your item, for any reason, we will exchange the item or refund the purchase price. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
1.There are no returns or exchanges on special orders items.
2. Exchanges only for items that we have, or can get in stock.
3. ALL ITEMS MUST INCLUDE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND HAVE ALL TAGS and Labels ATTACHED! If you remove the tags or labels we simply cannot accept a return or exchange of the item. No exceptions to this policy so PLEASE try on your item with the tags and labels attached.
4. Any item returned must be in new, unworn, unwashed, original condition. We are strict on this point. Plastic packaging must be included.
5. All exchanges will incur additional postage which must be paid by the customer prior to exchanged item being re-shipped to customer. All items must be returned within 7 days from date of receipt (shipping charges are not refundable).(All orders shipped in December will have until January 15th to make returns or exchanges.
Shipping costs back to Vintage Western Wear are the responsibility of the customer. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS and must be obtained within 3 days of order receipt. You may request a Return Authorization Number by clicking on our "Contact Us" link. After receiving your Return Authorization Number, items must be received by us within 7 days. Items damaged in shipping are non-returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Exchange shipments are subject to additional shipping and handling charges of $8.00 plus a 15% service charge. We cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged returns.
